JOB SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) drives Visibility, Velocity, & Value across IT initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. We are expanding our team in Cebu to strengthen global delivery. As a Project Manager, you will oversee IT projects executed by both system integrators and in-house teams using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).You will provide structure, transparency, and alignment to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with clear business impact.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Manage IT initiatives end-to-end, ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, and business objectives.
- Provide governance, oversight, and visibility across both system integrator–led projects and in-house SAFe delivery.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans, track dependencies, and monitor execution across global teams.
- Drive proactive risk, issue, and decision management with accountability and timely escalation.
- Translate agile team-level progress into clear executive-level reporting (dashboards, heat maps, KPIs).
- Support lean portfolio management practices, including funding alignment, value tracking, and change control.
- Partner with business sponsors and IT leadership to connect delivery to measurable business outcomes.
- Apply consistent EPMO practices, templates, and tools while driving continuous improvement.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT project management experience across large-scale or global initiatives.
- Experience managing system integrators and vendor deliverables.
- Strong understanding of SAFe and agile delivery, with ability to bridge into enterprise-level governance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies in complex IT environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones.
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
