- Assured timely submission of Claims.
- Rectify claims denials with resubmission, appeals.
- Learn and implement specialty, state, carrier-specific billing requirements.
- Basic Accounting skills.
- Posting payments, follow up on paid bills
- Preparing documents for partial payments addressed to various insurance groups.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Proficient in English
- Call Center Experience is an advantage
- Detailed-oriented with experience in money management, banking and healthcare
- Must be able to communicate with insurance companies for follow ups of claims.
- Must have an internet speed min of 25 mbps.
- Willing to work on the graveyard shift
- Experience in DENTRIX is a plus!!!!
