ORRO HOME ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY INC. is seeking a talented KOL (Influencer Specialist) to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time KOL Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging influencer marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement for our cutting-edge home electronic technology products.

• Identify, research, and evaluate potential influencers aligned with ORRO's brand and target audience
• Negotiate and manage influencer collaborations, including contracts, content creation, and campaign tracking
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales
• Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimise future efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
• Foster strong relationships with influencers and manage their expectations effectively
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, advertising, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer campaigns

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing influencer campaigns that drive tangible results
• Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including platform-specific best practices and emerging trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations
• Creative flair and the ability to develop innovative, engaging influencer content
• Familiarity with home electronic technology products and the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits
