Job Summary

We seeking a dedicated and hardworking Aquaculture (Crab) Technician to support our crab hatchery and grow-out operations. The successful candidate will assist in the daily care, monitoring, and maintenance of crabs while ensuring proper water quality, feeding, and overall farm productivity.

• Perform daily monitoring of crab hatchery and grow-out operations.
• Feed crabs according to established schedules and monitor feeding behavior.
• Monitor and maintain water quality parameters.
• Inspect crab health and report signs of disease, stress, or mortality.
• Clean and maintain culture tanks, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist in grading, harvesting, stocking, and packing of crab seed and live crabs.
• Record daily production data, inventory, and farm activities.
• Follow company biosecurity, safety, and quality control procedures.
• Assist in other farm operations as assigned.

• Graduate of BS Fisheries, BS Marine Biology, BS Aquaculture, BS Agriculture, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in aquaculture, hatchery, or crab farming is an advantage.
• Knowledge of water quality management and aquatic animal husbandry is preferred.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and on shifting schedules when required.
• Hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
