AU RTO Members/Client Services Officer (Remote)

Background
  • At PeoplePartners, we’re supporting a respected Australian RTO in hiring a Members/Client Services Officer to support their B2B education programs. If you love ticking boxes and building relationships, this might be your ideal remote role.
About the Role
  • You’ll be the go-to person for client support, enrolment admin, and day-to-day operations that keep education programs running smoothly — all while working from the comfort of your home.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly first response for B2B client emails.
  • Coordinate enrollments and learner support for training programs.
  • Maintain accurate data and records (you live for clean CRMs!).
  • Help with invoices, quotes, and POs.
  • Collaborate with the B2B team to streamline delivery.
  • Keep processes compliant, auditable, and up-to-date.

  • You’ve got strong admin skills and love a checklist.
  • You’re confident in client communications and love solving problems.
  • You work well independently, but enjoy being part of a team.
  • You’re tech-savvy and adapt quickly to new platforms.

  • You’ve worked in education, admin, or client service roles.
  • You’ve used systems like Salesforce, Moodle, and Microsoft Office.
  • You’ve handled inboxes, enrollments, or training admin before.

When & Where YOU Will Work
  • Mon–Fri ; Day-shift (AEST).
  • 100% remote (work from home in the PH).
