About the role

Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer (Healthcare BPO - Voice) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and managing comprehensive training programmes for our voice-based healthcare business process outsourcing team.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our agents deliver exceptional customer service whilst maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards. This position plays a strategic role in building a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce that drives the success of our healthcare BPO operations.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop engaging training materials, modules and curricula specifically tailored for healthcare BPO voice operations
Deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programmes to new and existing agents
Assess trainee competency and performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support their development
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback
Conduct specialised training on healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, confidentiality protocols and patient privacy standards
Develop and maintain training documentation, including standard operating procedures and best practice guidelines
Identify performance gaps within the team and create targeted training interventions to address them
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes and healthcare sector developments to ensure training content remains relevant
Collaborate with quality assurance and management teams to align training initiatives with operational objectives
Support the creation of a learning culture within the organisation through mentoring and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for

3–6 years BPO experience
At least 1–2 years as Trainer
Strong background in:
Inbound voice process
Healthcare / insurance / medical support account (with documentation rigor)
Appointment scheduling / nurse triage support
Role involving taking calls and summarizing for another party
Communication Skills
Excellent English (written & spoken)
Ability to:
Simplify complex workflows
Give clear instructions
Provide constructive feedback
Onsite in Imet BPO, Site 5
