BOOKKEEPER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage and maintain the company’s financial records accurately and efficiently. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank accounts, and assisting in payroll and tax-related documentation.

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, proactive, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.

Qualifications
  1. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (at least 4-6 years)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  3. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
  4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications
  5. Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  8. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
