- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in the Google Suite of products, (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Meets & Chats)
- Knowledge and use of AI ( Chat GPT, Gemini etc )
- Experience with specific CRM, software and other tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Working internationally or for an international company would be highly regarded
