Influencer Marketing Manager

The Influencer Manager is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role involves identifying, managing, and building relationships with influencers, as well as overseeing campaign performance across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers aligned with the brand’s image and target audience
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns and strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation with influencers
- Coordinate campaign briefs, content approvals, and posting schedules
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and influencer landscape
- Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams for integrated campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting tools
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with influencer marketing tools or platforms
- Basic knowledge of content creation and social media analytics
- Familiarity with contracts and influencer agreements
