Job Description

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for staff.
• Supervise and guide department heads and staff.
• Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide coaching to employees.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and compliance.
• Manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in operations planning, resource allocation, and KPI monitoring.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proven track record in managing day-to-day operations, process improvements, and team performance.
