ACCOUNTING ANALYST (PROJECT-BASED)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Performs comprehensive accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, preparations of journal entries and adjustments, reconciliation of inventory and other accounting tasks.
- Finalizes complete sets of financial statements, specifically for fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
- Analyzes and reconciles accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluates internal controls, identifies gaps or inconsistencies, and recommends improvements.
- Applies auditing experience to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assists in financial or audit-related projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- Experience as an auditor preferred.
- Solid understanding of auditing principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Skilled in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Amenable to a six (6) months project-based contract.
- Must be able to start immediately.
