About the Role
We are currently working with a residential architectural and interior design company based in Australia. They are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter with strong Archicad skills and solid experience working on Australian residential projects.
This role will support the client’s design and documentation team with high-quality drafting, design documentation and drawing updates across residential architecture and interior design projects.
Note: This is a fully on-site based role, please only apply if this is suitable. No options for hybrid or remote.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using ArchiCAD.
- Work on Australian residential architecture and interior design projects.
- Assist with concept drawings, design development and construction documentation.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details and drawing sets as required.
- Update drawings based on feedback from the client’s architects, designers and project team.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, well-presented and completed within required timeframes.
- Support residential renovation, new build and interior design documentation.
- Maintain organised project files, drawing records and documentation.
- Work closely with the Australian team to understand project requirements and drafting priorities.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with Australian architectural projects
- MUST have experience with Archicad.
- Extensive experience in Architectural drafting – ideally 5+ years
- Ideally some experience with construction industry and projects
- Communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience preparing residential architectural documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, details and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be willing to work fully on-site from Lynk Global’s head office in BGC, Taguig.
