Job Summary:We are looking for proactive and results-driven Field Recruiters to support our hiring efforts by generating candidate leads from the field. This role is focused on sourcing applicants through on-ground activities such as job fairs, local recruitment drives, and flyering.
Field Recruiters will work closely with in-office recruiters to ensure a consistent flow of quality leads that match current manpower needs. Candidates with prior experience in field sales or community engagement are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate candidate leads by actively sourcing in assigned areas through job fairs, flyering campaigns, community events, and local recruitment drives.
- Promote job opportunities and guide interested individuals on how to apply through official recruitment channels.
- Collect and endorse candidate leads to the in-office recruitment team for further processing and evaluation.
- Coordinate closely with recruiters to align field activities with current and future manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain connections with local communities, schools, barangays, training centers, and other potential recruitment partners.
- Serve as the company’s representative during recruitment events, strengthening employer brand presence in the field.
- Track, monitor, and report on leads generated, field activities, and overall sourcing effectiveness.
- Share insights and recommendations from on-ground activities to improve sourcing campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Prior experience in recruitment, field sales, field representation, or community engagement is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging with diverse groups of people.
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to generate leads and meet activity targets.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours depending on recruitment activities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
