Senior Support - Project/Programme Execution

Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare regular project reports and status updates
- Assist in facilitating communication with project stakeholders
- Prepare meeting records and minutes as directed
- Manage on-account trackers for project approvals, POs & Contracts, and lessons learned
Technology Support:
- Provide basic training and onboarding to new Project Managers on JLL technology systems
- Extract data and prepare standard reports using JLL's Project Management Information System
- Assist with ongoing administration of technology systems (access, troubleshooting, basic training)
Data Quality:
- Monitor and report on basic data quality metrics in PDS / Client Systems
- Assist in identifying and reporting data quality errors to PDS delivery teams
Governance and Assurance:
- Review project-specific deliverables for compliance with basic Client processes and templates
- Assist in monitoring project compliance with established processes and policies
- Support the management of centralized document control activities
- Monitor and report on technology usage and adoption
Cost Management Support:
- Assist in preparing basic cost estimates for construction projects
- Support the development and maintenance of cost plans
- Help monitor project costs and identify basic cost variances
- Assist in reviewing change orders and claims for accuracy
Finance & Procurement Support:
- Set up vendors in JLL and Client procurement systems
- Create Purchase Orders and review them against contracts
- Review invoices for correctness and completeness
- Ensure collation of documentation to support invoicing
Requirements:
Core Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Basic understanding of project management information systems
- Experience in document management and version control
- Basic knowledge of construction costs and estimating techniques
Soft Skills:
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive approach to work and problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing work priorities
