Actual Job Title: Accounting Specialist - Payroll

Job Description
  • Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Review and validate employee attendance records, timekeeping, and payroll data.
  • Process employee compensation, including allowances, adjustments, and final pay computation.
  • Calculate and ensure accurate statutory deductions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes.
  • Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the HR team regarding employee updates and payroll-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records while ensuring strict confidentiality of all documentation.
  • Assist in internal and external audits and support compliance initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related discipline.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing and general accounting functions.
  • Knowledgeable in fundamental accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity and discretion in handling confidential payroll and financial data
