Job Description- Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.
- Review and validate employee attendance records, timekeeping, and payroll data.
- Process employee compensation, including allowances, adjustments, and final pay computation.
- Calculate and ensure accurate statutory deductions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes.
- Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the HR team regarding employee updates and payroll-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate payroll records while ensuring strict confidentiality of all documentation.
- Assist in internal and external audits and support compliance initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related discipline.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing and general accounting functions.
- Knowledgeable in fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates integrity and discretion in handling confidential payroll and financial data
