Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Manage and monitor the Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) to ensure all equipment and facilities are serviced on schedule.
• Oversee the overall upkeep of the restaurant and building facilities, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning systems.
• Perform minor repairs personally and respond quickly to day-to-day maintenance concerns.
• Identify maintenance issues early through regular facility inspections and walk-throughs.
• Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and technicians for repairs beyond in-house capability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment service history.
• Ensure all facilities meet safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage maintenance supplies and tools, and monitor related costs against budget.
• Support new store set-up and minor facility improvement projects as needed.
• Respond promptly to urgent repair needs, including outside regular working hours when required.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or engineering work, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Willing and able to perform minor repairs hands-on.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
