The HR Officer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to support the professional development of employees and align their skills with organizational goals.
Qualifications- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, and similar courses
- With 3 years or more of experience in Learning and Development or Training preferably in Hospitality Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
