Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager to lead the creative direction and execution of visual materials for our brand and client campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong digital background, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

This role involves overseeing various creative projects from concept to completion, mentoring the creative team, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver visually impactful and brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies for various creative projects and ensure their timely completion.
  • Develop true-to-life digital renders of concepts and ideas for client visualization and supplier guidance.
  • Produce high-quality product shots, flatlays, collaterals (posters, notecards, E-invites), and other visual assets.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Oversee styling and production design to achieve editorial-level quality in PR kits and campaign materials.
  • Co-lead brainstorming sessions to refine ideas and ensure creative excellence.
  • Review, revise, and finalize content, presentations, and post-production outputs.
  • Manage team deliverables, ensuring output quality and alignment with project timelines and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the account management team to align visual executions with client requirements.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing creative and innovative ideas.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their creative growth.

  • Reports: None
  • Files: Flatlays, PR kit renders, social media artworks, notecard artworks, and other visual materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory creative role
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Art Manager or in a similar creative position
  • Strong digital background, with proven experience in web, social media, and emerging technologies
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Canva, and similar tools
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities with a passion for mentoring creative teams
  • Adaptable, inclusive, and collaborative team player
