Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven B2B Social Media Manager to lead the execution of a multi-platform content strategy for both a B2B SaaS brand and its executive leadership personal brand. This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional copywriting with strong visual storytelling, AI-powered content creation, and an understanding of enterprise audiences.

You will be responsible for developing engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and X, helping build brand authority, increase audience engagement, and support business growth through consistent, high-quality social media execution.

This is a highly collaborative position that requires the ability to work independently after receiving strategic direction while maintaining brand consistency across multiple content formats and channels.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (UK Time, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Content Management
  • Execute and manage the social media strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain a strong focus on LinkedIn as the primary commercial channel.
  • Support Instagram, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and X with platform-specific content.
  • Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Publish a minimum of 3–5 high-quality posts per week.
  • Coordinate content schedules with the Digital Marketing Manager.
Content Creation
  • Write compelling, platform-specific copy for both executive personal branding and corporate B2B audiences.
  • Adapt messaging across multiple brand voices while maintaining consistency.
  • Repurpose podcasts, webinars, interviews, blog articles, and existing marketing content into engaging social media assets.
  • Create branded graphics, carousels, and visual assets using Canva or equivalent design software.
  • Produce short-form video content using AI avatar platforms such as:
  • HeyGen
  • Synthesia
  • Similar AI video generation tools
  • Edit videos using tools such as:
  • CapCut
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Equivalent editing software
Community Management
  • Monitor comments and messages across social platforms.
  • Respond professionally to audience engagement.
  • Escalate opportunities or issues where appropriate.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track content performance across all social platforms.
  • Assist in preparing monthly performance reports.
  • Recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, and content performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media for B2B organizations or executive personal brands.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for multiple audiences.
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Experience using AI-powered content creation tools.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms.
  • Experience editing short-form videos.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong project and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience growing LinkedIn audiences organically.
  • Understanding of enterprise buying personas including:

  • Experience repurposing long-form content into multi-channel social campaigns.
