The Mid-Level Application Developer is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance application features. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.This role is ideal for a developer with strong foundational skills who’s ready to grow their impact in a collaborative, agile team.

Responsibilities:
Software Development & Maintenance- Design and implement software components based on functional and technical requirements.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full application stack.
- Work closely with peers, Lead Developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Provide status updates and collaborate on development priorities and timelines.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Contribute to the improvement of development tools, processes, and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest tools or techniques that enhance productivity or code quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in full-stack or backend application development
- Experience with Java or C# is not required
- Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming paradigms
- Hands-on experience with frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and NestJS
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Up to PHP 110,000 monthly
- 2 rest days per week
