The Junior Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for providing operational and technical support in the implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of non-SAP ICTD solutions. The role assists business units in addressing business requirements through process documentation, issue tracking, data analysis, and coordination with process owners and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related course
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support, business analysis, or similar role
- Experience in process documentation and documentation tracking
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Can analyze reports and business data
- Experience handling master data
- Able to coordinate with process owners, users, and technical team
- Familiar with system issue monitoring or ticketing tools
