Technical Support (TSR) – Retail Account | Shifting Schedule | Full Onsite– Cebu

Position: Technical Support

Location: FULL ONSITE at Johndorf Tower Cebu Business Park (Landmark: Located right across Ayala Terraces)

Start Date: August 2025 (Employed or connected are welcome to apply)

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months to 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support, or Service Desk (Voice role)
• Open to High School graduates, Vocational graduates, Undergraduates, or Bachelor's degree holders
• Familiar with software systems, support processes, and troubleshooting steps
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good at analyzing and solving problems, especially for escalated or complex issues
• Willing to work onsite at Johndorf Tower, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City

• Help customers with questions, problems, or requests.
• Speak in simple terms without using tech jargon.
• Ask the right questions to understand the problem.
• Check how urgent the issue is and how it affects the customer.
• Set clear expectations and be friendly with customers.
• Pass the issue to the right team if needed, with full details.
• Make sure all information is recorded correctly.
• Use tools and guides to solve common problems.
• Fix password and account issues by following steps.
• Join training to improve your tech skills.
• Follow company rules and security guidelines.
• Keep customer data safe and avoid unapproved access.
