We are seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager with a proven ability to lead multi-brand, multi-industry digital marketing campaigns with a data-driven, customer-centric approach.

You will play a strategic and executional role in building, running, and optimizing campaigns that generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and position our brands competitively in industries including real estate, construction, self-storage, building supplies, and property services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for multiple brands across various industries.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and email marketing platforms.
  • Execute A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting campaigns to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  • Build multi-channel customer journeys, leveraging audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing techniques.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer behavior, emerging trends, and local market dynamics.
  • Perform competitive landscape analysis to benchmark offers, pricing, messaging, and digital tactics of key competitors.
  • Identify opportunity gaps and positioning strategies based on competitor activity and market insights.
  • Present market and competitor intelligence to stakeholders to inform campaign strategy and decision-making.
  • Content Creation & Creative Oversight
  • Oversee or contribute to the creation of digital ad creatives, landing pages, video content, and social media assets.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are preferred but not essential—coordinating with external specialists as needed.
  • Plan and manage social content calendars, ensuring messaging consistency and audience relevance.
  • SEO & Local Search Optimization
  • Implement SEO strategies and local search optimization, including Google My Business (GMB) management for location-based brands.
  • Support blog content and landing page optimization to boost organic visibility and local ranking performance.
  • Measurement, Reporting, and Optimization
  • Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics, including CTR, Conversion Rates, CPL, ROAS, Social Engagement, and GMB metrics.
  • Provide data-backed insights and optimization recommendations to improve future campaign performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the primary campaign contact, providing regular reports, insights, and strategy updates to internal teams or client stakeholders.
  • Present findings from market research and competitor analysis to support strategic recommendations.

Education and Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience running multi-channel digital campaigns for B2C or B2B brands, ideally in real estate, construction, self-storage, building supplies, or property services.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok marketing, and email automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide campaign positioning and strategy.
  • Proven track record of A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and local search optimization, including GMB management.
  • Ability to contribute to content production, with basic graphic design and video editing skills preferred but not essential.
  • Data-driven with proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience managing multi-brand or multi-client campaign portfolios.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of Go High Level is an advantage.
  • Strong copywriting, creative direction, and audience engagement skills.
  • Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience maximizing ROI on small to mid-sized budgets.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviors in the real estate, construction, and property services sectors.
