As part of our continued growth, we’re hiring a proactive, customer-focused, and technically capable Support Engineer to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • As a Support Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer support and first-line technical assistance while ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Provide professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused customer support
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate technical and service-related issues based on established procedures
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding issue progress and resolution timelines
  • Accurately document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within internal systems
  • Provide first-line IT support including password resets, account setup, access requests, and basic troubleshooting
  • Assist with hardware and software configuration, installation, and issue resolution
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, quality standards, and escalation procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service consistency and operational efficiency
  • Meet or exceed individual service and response metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
  • Assist with additional operational and support tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or a similar support role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting customers through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Halo PSA or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Basic exposure to Azure, PowerApps, ERP systems, or phone systems such as 3CX is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong documentation and process management skills
  • Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
