PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
REPORTS TO : PLANT/PRODUCTION MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for leading and coordinating production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations, product quality, and achievement of production targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise production personnel and daily operations.
- Monitor production schedules and operational efficiency.
- Ensure product quality and process compliance.
- Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
- Implement GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety standards.
- Investigate operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain production reports and records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
