ARCHITECTURAL/ELECTRICAL DRAFTSPERSON (Cebu City)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree holder and/or professional license in architecture, engineering, architectural drafting, technical drafting or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant architectural/drafting/engineering/electrical experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience in using 2-D and 3-D Architectural Drafting BIM software
• Experience with electrical technical drawings and making As-built plans.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience for ArchiCAD or Revit
• Engineering knowledge is a PLUS!
• Graphisoft, ArchiCAD experience and knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Regulations are a PLUS!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create detailed architectural, electrical, technical, etc. drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit).
• Interpret architectural, engineering, and electrical specifications to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop design solutions.
• Prepare layouts, elevations, and sections, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes.
• Develop and update as-built drawings based on site measurements and client feedback.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and material compatibility.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for permit applications.
• Maintain and organize digital drawing files and design documentation.
• Revise and update drawings as required based on client and stakeholder feedback.
