Technical Lead (.NET / Full-Stack)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to guide our development team, serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and drive technical decisions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design scalable web applications, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software components.

• Technical Leadership: Serve as the SME, leading, collaborating with, and managing the development team to drive high performance.
• Decision Making: Own final technical and team decisions while actively contributing to cross-team strategic choices.
• Problem Solving: Architect and deliver robust engineering solutions for your immediate team and across multiple departments.
• Team Mentorship: Foster continuous learning by facilitating knowledge sharing sessions and mentoring junior engineers.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate closely with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
• Project Delivery: Monitor ongoing project milestones to guarantee the timely deployment of stable software components.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in overall software development, with at least 3 years of dedicated hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC.
• Core Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET MVC, Web API).
• Frontend Web Development: Solid understanding of modern user interface development, including React and responsive web design patterns.
• Database Management: Strong data modeling and querying experience with SQL.
• Architecture: Deep knowledge of web application architecture, design patterns, and clean code practices.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Familiarity with version control tools, continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines, and application performance tuning.

• Cloud Administration: Practical experience managing cloud infrastructure inside Microsoft Azure Administration.
• Database Administration: Background in scaling, optimization, and MySQL Database Administration.

• Work Location: Office hub located in Mandaluyong, PH (Manila Office area).
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model requiring Return-To-Office (RTO) twice a week.
• Shift Timing: Day shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
