Engineering manager - Marilao

Job Description

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead the engineering and maintenance team to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for production equipment and utilities.
• Oversee fabrication and installation of production equipment and facility infrastructure improvements.
• Implement and monitor engineering standards, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions for recurring mechanical and technical issues.
• Collaborate with production and quality departments to ensure alignment of maintenance with operational goals.
• Prepare maintenance and engineering budgets, reports, and equipment records.
• Ensure all mechanical and fabrication works comply with food safety, GMP, and HACCP standards.
• Lead capital improvement projects and support plant expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, contractors, and vendors as needed for projects or services.

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC Board Passer)
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing setup
• Extensive knowledge in preventive maintenance systems, production equipment operations, and machine reliability improvement
• Strong background in root cause analysis, maintenance planning, and safety protocols
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional technical teams
• Familiar with ISO standards and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
