Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator | NZ Client | Onsite Set-up

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will initially work from our Manila office before transitioning to a more independent working arrangement as they become fully integrated with the team.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and develops a solid understanding of our products, brands, and business goals. Rather than simply executing design requests, you'll be expected to contribute ideas and create marketing materials that support our overall business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design print-ready brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral for our various brands.
• Ensure designs are consistent with each brand's visual identity and guidelines.
• Prepare files correctly for print production (bleed, resolution, colour profiles, etc.).
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and how they are positioned in the market to create effective marketing materials.

• Create graphics and short-form videos for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Support content calendars across multiple brands with fresh, on-brand creative.
• Edit video content for product features, promotions, and campaigns.
• Contribute creative ideas that support marketing objectives and strengthen brand presence.

• Monitor dealer websites to ensure product listings are accurate and up to date.
• Communicate directly with dealers to coordinate updates to product listings.
• Build positive working relationships with dealer partners and follow through until updates are completed.
• Flag discrepancies or outdated content and ensure they are resolved promptly.

• Perform minor data entry and encoding tasks within internal systems and applications.
• No prior experience required—full training will be provided.

• Help identify and shortlist design and print suppliers in New Zealand.
• Help identify and shortlist relevant suppliers in China.
• Support the comparison of quotes, quality, and turnaround times from potential suppliers.

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Premiere Pro or similar video editing software is an advantage.
• Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating print and digital marketing materials.
• Basic video editing skills for social media content.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable building relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners, including communicating by phone when required.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to develop a deep understanding of the business, products, and customers to create effective marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Experience coordinating with external stakeholders or suppliers is an advantage but not essential.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
