About the role
We are seeking a talented Trade Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at HH OF COMPANIES. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies to drive sales and brand visibility within the automotive industry across Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental.
What you'll be doing- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create and execute trade marketing campaigns that effectively promote our automotive products and services
- Develop and manage key retailer and distributor relationships to secure prime in-store placements and promotions
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to inform trade marketing initiatives
- Create engaging point-of-sale materials, product displays and digital content to support the sales process
- Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing activities, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and brand positioning of the company
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing or a related field within the automotive industry
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing impactful trade marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics, buyer behaviours and the automotive sales process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive strategic decision making
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
