About the role

As a Logistics Supervisor at LRI Chroma Asia, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective management of our warehousing, storage, and distribution operations. This full-time position is based in General Trias City, Cavite, and will involve leading a team to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products through our supply chain.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the warehouse and logistics team to meet operational targets and customer requirements
Optimizing warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and space utilisation
Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demands, and implementing appropriate stock management strategies
Liaising with transporters, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Identifying and addressing operational issues, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement
Providing training and development opportunities for the logistics team to enhance their skills and capabilities
Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
Strong operational and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Proficient in inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain optimisation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Proficiency in using logistics and warehouse management software
Knowledgeable with routes in South and North Luzon areas
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
