Position: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

Description:

• Responsible in analyzing performance and proposing improvements for the business.
• Works with the immediate superior and support employees from every department to provide them with data and analysis to meet planning objectives.
• Prepare business proposals, researches and feasibility studies as required by the Management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on developing custom analysis and reports.
• Assessing the viability of products and services.
• Suggesting corrective action and identifying cost savings opportunities
• Interacts with other managers and supervisors to provide consultative support to planning initiatives.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time"

• A minimum of college degree in Tourism.
• Willing to learn and work on tour composing and packaging of Philippine destinations.
• Must be familiar with tourist destinations in the Philippines.
• Has interest on traveling.
• Good written and verbal communication in English. Other language is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient internet research skills for customer information.
• Organize and with good working attitude.
• Ability to assimilate information and to pay close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig"
