WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
To ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods in accordance to security, health and safety requirements.
To maintain computerized administration and systematic storage and retrieval system
To ensure KPI targets are met
To manage training of warehouse staff
Qualifications/Requirements
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLSo College graduate with a degree of Engineering or Business Management Course
o Preferably from a background of at least 1 year in Business Information System / Warehousing
o Experience in Distribution Logistics and Warehouse Operations
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
o Strong leadership quality
o Strong decision making skills
o Has the analytical ability and technical skills for warehousing
o Has the ability to motivate others. Delegate work and explain ideas
o Hs good people management skills and able to develop people
o Knowledge on Warehouse Management (aligned with Good Warehousing Practices)
o Knowledge on Inventory Management (maintaining optimum covers) Knowledge on Order to Cash Process
o Knowledge on MS office applications
