Assistant Store Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Store Supervisor to support our management team in overseeing daily retail operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader-in-training who ensures excellent customer service, maintains high visual standards, and helps drive the store’s commercial success.

• Operational Support: Assist the Store Supervisor in managing day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and floor supervision.
• Team Coordination: Help lead, motivate, and organize the store staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and customer service standards are met.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory audits, and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards to maximize sales.
• Performance Monitoring: Help track daily sales targets and store KPIs, providing feedback to the team to improve overall performance.
• Problem Solving: Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries or complaints in the absence of the Store Supervisor, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Compliance: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with health, safety, and security regulations.

• Education: Must be a College Graduate (4-year course) in Business, Management, or any related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail stores or merchandising is preferred and considered a significant advantage.
• Trainability: Must be willing to undergo intensive training to learn company systems, leadership protocols, and product knowledge.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
