Key Responsibilities

1. Security Monitoring & Surveillance

• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises
• Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches
• Ensure all access points are secured at all times

1. Access Control

• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Verify identification and maintain visitor logs
• Enforce company security policies and procedures

1. Incident Response & Reporting

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
• Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation
• Coordinate with management and authorities when necessary

1. Asset Protection

• Safeguard company property, equipment, and facilities
• Monitor movement of materials and vehicles in and out of the premises
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access

1. Safety Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist in emergency drills and evacuation procedures
• Report hazards and unsafe conditions

1. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding security concerns

• Assist in enforcing operational policies and procedures

• At least a High School graduate or College level
• With relevant experience in security or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic security procedures and safety protocols
