PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Shift: Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About this role…
As part of a team, support consultants responsible for multiple projects implementing Xero's cloud-based practice tools for Accounting Firms and SMEs
Deliver a high level of attention to detail on many small but very important tasks. For example, template creation & setup, software configuration.
Contribute to team meetings including process improvement, automation suggestions and supporting others to complete implementations to promised client project timelines.
Complete Project Implementation at direction of Consultant Project Owner, in line with FGS Process:
Understand Consultant expectations for project tasks & timelines to deliver the project scope.
Deliver the implementation project to a high standard.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the support where directed.
Client communication - (written and verbal) - Effective management of client's email communication with prompt responses. Ensure understanding of client needs and detail what is required from the client in terms they can action appropriately.
Escalate potential Client or project issues to Manager within 1 working day.
Technical Expertise - attend internal, industry and technology forum to become a subject matter expert on tech products FGSA uses including Xero, Xero ecosystems applications available to client target market and FGSA tech partnerships including FYI.
Quality - Support the team by identifying process improvements. Raise them through team meetings so that your manager can investigate and prioritize delivery of automation solutions.
Internal team communication - Able to manage conflicting client priorities, escalate issues, communicate workload issues and when available to help others to meet quality and project delivery expectations.
Support for induction/ training - this role may also to be required to train other staff on documented standard FGS processes.
Respond to manager or colleague requests promptly.
About you…
Bachelors' Degree holder - any accounting-related course
Preferably with accounting background, but not required
Extensive administrative experience
Ideally worked in a professional services practice/accounting firm or application ecosystem
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills particularly Excel and Word
Strongly prefer someone with knowledge of Xero Practice Platform (XPM) or with any accounting software
Existing implementation or data manipulation experience
Communication skills are very important including fluent verbal English and writing capability.
Needs to be a process driven person who is comfortable following detailed processes.
Must be a sound analytical person e.g. troubleshoot issues and meticulously follow up and resolve.
Able to use time very efficiently - able to be productive and focused on quality outcomes.
Able to be self-driven - able to work independently and as part of a team with a focus on executional excellence and results.
Resilient - able to work under time and project pressure.
