About the role
At Vespa Imus Cavite, operating under the corporate name of Danocars Trading Inc., we are seeking a talented and dedicated Service Technician to join our team in Imus City Cavite. As a full-time Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance, installation of parts & accessories, and repair services to our valued customers, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their vehicles.
What you'll be doing- Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of Vespa Scooters' issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques
- Performing scheduled maintenance and repair services, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tune-ups
- Replacing worn or faulty parts and components to restore vehicle functionality and performance
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and workflow optimization
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of scooter systems, including electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
