About the role

As the Store Assistant Manager (Restaurant) at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a leading restaurant in the heart of Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing
  1. Assisting the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  2. Overseeing the efficient execution of all restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control
  3. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain the highest standards of food safety
  4. Providing hands-on support in the restaurant, whether it's assisting with food preparation, serving customers, or resolving any customer concerns
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase sales
  6. Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
  4. Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
  5. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to creating a positive dining experience
