About the role
As the Store Assistant Manager (Restaurant) at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a leading restaurant in the heart of Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila.This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the business while developing your leadership and management skills.
What you'll be doing- Assisting the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Overseeing the efficient execution of all restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain the highest standards of food safety
- Providing hands-on support in the restaurant, whether it's assisting with food preparation, serving customers, or resolving any customer concerns
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase sales
- Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to creating a positive dining experience
