About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to join the dynamic team at Sateco Philippines Inc. As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's HR operations and initiatives in our Mabalacat City Pampanga office.

This is a full-time position that will provide you with valuable experience and exposure to all aspects of human resources management.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the administration of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations
Conducting research and analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making
Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes
Providing administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing and responding to general HR inquiries
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse HR-related data
Undertaking special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Enrolment in a relevant university degree programme in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in human resources
