Job Description
Posted on 24 June 2026Safely operate company vehicles to transport and deliver products, materials, and documents.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items according to assigned schedules and routes.
Load, unload, and properly secure goods to prevent damage during transport.
Verify delivery documents, invoices, delivery receipts, and other related paperwork.
Obtain customer signatures and proof of delivery as required.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while performing deliveries.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments regarding delivery schedules and concerns.
Assist in the collection and submission of delivery-related documents and payments, when authorized.
Report delivery delays, accidents, or other incidents to Management immediately.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks, including fuel, oil, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
Qualifications/Requirements
High School Graduate or equivalent; vocational training is an advantage.With a valid Professional Driver's License appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Good knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and road safety practices.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling delivery items when necessary.
Honest, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
