Social Media Graphic Designer

SUMMARY:

$4/hour, approximately 10 hours per week

You must be briefly available during the evenings (roughly within the hours of 6pm-12am EDT) to create social media posts recognizing representatives that have recently closed deals. You'll monitor group chats for notifications of and other information about these events, and look for usable photos.

Job Description:

As a Social Media Graphic Designer at Enlite Home, you will play a pivotal role in visually communicating our brand message to sales culture through our representative-facing social media page. You will collaborate closely with the operations and sales teams to create visually appealing content for Instagram and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Produce Marketing Collateral:

• Create visually appealing social media posts, infographics, and banners that effectively communicate key messages.
• Develop promotional materials, brochures, and for sales and marketing initiatives.

1. Brand Consistency:

• Maintain brand consistency across all design elements, adhering to established style guides.
• Assist in developing and refining brand guidelines.

1. Photography and Image Editing:

• Select and edit high-quality imagery for use in marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Canva, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and design best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the renewable energy or solar industry (preferred but not required).
