Job Description:

Knowledgeable in arranging/acquiring permits and clearances (ALO, HOA, Barangay, DPWH, Developer, LGU, etc.)
Familiar with permit plan review, approval, issuance, inspections, and closeouts
Ensures that all ROW management policies, procedures, and practices are updated as required to ensure compliance with local ordinances
Able to communicate clearly and write simple letters as needed

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course
With driver’s license or motorcycle is an advantage
At least 6 months experience as SAQ or ROW Officer
Experience coordinating with local government units (LGUs), permits, HOA, clients, and lot owners
Willing to do field work
Can start ASAP
