Job Description :
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.Purchase admin supplies etc., check/troubleshoot IT related concerns.
Preferably with experience in Administrative, Indirect Purchasing, and IT related work.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Purchasing Indirect supplies.
- IT support.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications :
- Must be College graduate of any 4 years course;
- With experience;
- Good Communication Skills verbal and written;
- Physically and mentally fit; Flexible;
- Experience in a related field, such as permits renewal & visa processing, preferred;
- Strong Interpersonal Skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
