Student Intern/OJT (Operations)

About the Role:

The On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) will be immersed in day-to-day departmental functions, gaining first-hand experience in how Operations contributes to overall business operations. This role is designed to provide students with practical exposure, allowing them to apply academic theories in a real-world setting, develop professional skills, and build workplace confidence.

Trainees will work closely with team members and supervisors, receive guidance, and be involved in real tasks or projects relevant to their academic background and learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations OJT:

• Help monitor workflow schedules or deliveries
• Assist with documentation, reports, or data entries
• Support process tracking and coordination with other departments
• Participate in internal audits or logistics updates
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing and record keeping
• Help assist with Drivers’ needs / HQ Duties

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Diploma program in Business, Office Administration, or a related course
• With a valid Endorsement or OJT Request Letter from school
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
