Junior Graphic Designer
Job Summary
The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating visually engaging and on-brand communication materials for digital and print platforms. This role supports the creative team in producing social media graphics, marketing materials, basic animations, layouts, and other visual assets.The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in creating graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and promotional materials
- Support the development of logos, layouts, illustrations, and other visual content
- Prepare rough drafts and design concepts based on project requirements
- Edit and revise designs according to feedback from the creative team or clients
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and company standards
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing staff, and senior designers to produce final outputs
- Help organize and manage design files and project assets
- Assist in basic image editing, video editing, and motion graphics when needed
- Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and optimized for various media platforms
- Meet project deadlines while handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and layout
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, photography, or motion graphics is an advantage
- With a strong portfolio or sample works showcasing creativity and design skills
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and time management skills
- Willing to work on-site
- Can start ASAP
- Understanding of social media design trends and digital marketing materials
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and techniques
