Core duties include conducting market research, managing promotional campaigns, creating contents, analyzing data, and maintaining brand consistency
Key Responsibilities:- Assists full cycle from planning, launching, to monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels in social media
- Gathers and analyzes consumer data, competitor activities, and market trends
- Produces engaging marketing contents (blog posts, ads, graphics, promotional videos, etc.)
- Assists in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, product launches, etc.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing materials with the company's goals
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Internship and/or atleast 1 year of hands-on experience in a marketing, sales, or advertising role
- Proficiency with modern marketing tools, such as CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email marketing software, and social media analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong capability for storytelling and a solid creative flair for visual branding
- Ability to interpret metrics, analyze consumer behavior, and adjust strategies based on data
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
