Operations Assistant
Private Advertiser Quezon City Full-time
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling operational activities, meetings, and site visits to ensure timely execution of projects
- Maintain and organize operational documentation, records, and files in accordance with company protocols and regulatory requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and equipment status, liaising with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure adequate resources are available
- Support the preparation of operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review
- Facilitate communication between different operational teams, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Assist with health, safety, and environmental compliance activities, including documentation and reporting
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documentation related to operations
- Provide administrative support to operations managers and team leaders as required
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions
- Perform other operational duties as assigned to support business continuity
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience working in an operations support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all administrative and operational tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
