Logistics Site Coordinator

• Route Planning: Organize daily schedules and delivery routes for 6- and 10-wheeler trucks to ensure timely dispatch.
• Load Verification: Check and confirm that all items are accurately loaded prior to departure.
• Safety Compliance: Perform basic vehicle inspections (BLOWFAAD) to ensure roadworthiness and safety standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and process delivery documents and generate simple operational reports using computer systems.
• Coordination: Work closely with drivers and warehouse personnel to maintain smooth and efficient logistics operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Prior experience (at least 6 months) in logistics, warehousing, or transport coordination is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
