We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our Applications Management Support team, where he will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, customization, maintenance, and support of the system.
Main responsibilities:
- Application Management Support for the Microsoft Dynamics BC system. Incident resolution and change request.
- Provide training sessions to Business Process Experts and end-users on how to use Business Central efficiently. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaboration with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central vendor support team reporting and monitoring issues.
- Plan and perform system upgrades.
- Create and maintain documentation such as user manuals, process guides, and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency in the use of Business Central.
- Stay informed about updates, new features, and best practices related to Microsoft Business Central, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve implementations and support services.
- Work closely with the business team to understand their business processes, goals, and requirements for using Business Central as their core business application. Participate in the implementation process for new companies to be onboarded, including data migration, system setup, ensuring a smooth transition to Business Central.
- Develop and implement customizations, extensions, workflows and integrations with other systems, to enhance the functionality of Business Central and address specific business needs.
Main Requirements:
- A degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including all modules, features, and functionalities. Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and extending the platform to meet business needs.
- Ability to solve system issues in Microsoft Dynamics BC.
- A good understanding of finance sales administration, production, and logistics business processes.
- Experience in Azure architecture and application tools (PowerAutomate).
- Experience in a BI tool (e.g. MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience in office tools (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of Project management principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of MS SQL language.
- Experience in programming.
