Position: Junior Architect
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome (with strong portfolio)✔ Preferably with 1–3 years experience in residential or commercial projects
✔ Knowledgeable in:
- Floor plan design
- Architectural layouts and detailing
- Basic project documentation
✔ Must know how to:
- Prepare Scope of Work with pricing and estimates
✔ PLUS FACTORS (HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS):
- Experience in BOQ / BOM preparation ⭐ (Major Plus)
- 3D rendering & walkthrough (SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar)
- Assist in designing floor plans and architectural layouts
- Prepare Scope of Work with costing and estimates
- Support in BOQ/BOM (if capable)
- Prepare drawings, concepts, and presentations
- Join client meetings, site inspections, and lot assessments
- Work closely with engineers and project teams
Work Schedule
8:35 AM – 6:00PMMonday to Saturday
Work Requirements
✔ Willing to work onsite in FTC Tower, Poblacion, Davao City
✔ Willing to travel anywhere in Davao for:
- Client meetings
- Ocular inspections
✔ Willing to:
- Stay overnight at project sites (bunkhouse or site accommodation)
- Use public transportation when necessary
